Florida is home to two MLB teams. The Miami Marlins play at loanDepot Park in Miami. They compete in the National League East. The Tampa Bay Rays play at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. They compete in the American League East.
Florida has two MiLB teams in multi-state leagues. The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, a Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins, play at VyStar Ballpark in the International League East division. The Pensacola Blue Wahoos, a Double-A Marlins affiliate, play at Blue Wahoos Stadium in the Southern League South division.
The MLB regular season runs from late March to September. Triple-A MiLB games run from March to September. Double-A MiLB games run from April to September.
