2026 Florida MLB Regular Season Schedule

The 2026 Major League Baseball (MLB) season begins with “Opening Night” on Wednesday, March 25. The Giants face the Yankees in the first game. The 2026 Florida MLB regular season for the Miami Marlins and Tampa Bay Rays opens a few days later.

March 27 marks the Marlins’ home opener against the Colorado Rockies at loanDepot park in Miami. The stadium features a retractable roof and climate-controlled environment.

Beginning with a nine-game road trip, the Rays visit St. Louis, Milwaukee, and Minnesota. They play at Busch Stadium, American Family Field, and Target Field. The Rays return home to Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg on April 6 against the Chicago Cubs. Tropicana Field is a fully enclosed indoor stadium. Home openers typically include pregame ceremonies and fan events.

Florida teams meet in two three-game interleague series. One occurs May 15–17 at Tropicana Field. Another takes place June 5–7 at loanDepot park. The regular season ends September 27, 2026, after 162 games per team. Marlins and Rays fans can follow both teams as they chase divisional standings and postseason berths.
