FCL Yankees – Florida Complex League

The Florida Complex League (FCL) Yankees are a rookie-level team. They are a Minor League Baseball (MiLB) affiliate of the New York Yankees. The team competes in the FCL North Division at the Player Development and Scouting Complex in Tampa, Florida. View the complex map, access official FCL links, and check Tampa weather.

Most games occur on the practice fields, with occasional use of the main stadium. Admission is free, with limited bleacher seating. Fans can watch newly drafted players and international signees up close. The FCL Yankees play up to six days a week from Monday through Saturday.

The Yankees operate their year-round minor league headquarters on Himes Avenue, about 1.5 miles from George M. Steinbrenner Field. Several practice fields accommodate extended Spring Training operations, and indoor training areas allow players to train throughout the year. Fall instructional programs take place at the complex, giving prospects additional development time after the regular season.

The New York Yankees use the complex during Spring Training. The Florida State League’s Tampa Tarpons use it during their season. Both clubs train at the Yankees Player Development and Scouting Complex but play their home games nearby at George M. Steinbrenner Field.
