MLB Spring Breakout Details
The 2026 Major League Baseball (MLB) Spring Breakout showcases top prospects in Spring Training games across Florida. MLB holds the event from March 19 to 22. The four-day schedule features exhibition games where top prospects represent their affiliated MLB clubs. Player development staff use the games to evaluate talent. Prospects gain competitive at-bats and innings at the same time. The event began in 2024 as part of MLB Spring Training.
