2026 MLB Regular Season Schedule
Florida Pro Baseball covers the Major League Baseball (MLB) teams in Florida. They are the Miami Marlins and the Tampa Bay Rays.
Opening Night for the 2026 season is Wednesday, March 25. The San Francisco Giants face the New York Yankees. Many of the remaining teams begin play on Thursday, March 26. This schedule marks the earliest traditional Opening Day in MLB history.
The home opener for the Marlins is March 27 against Colorado.
The Tampa Bay Rays open the season with a nine-game road trip to St. Louis, Milwaukee, and Minnesota. They return to Tropicana Field for their home opener on April 6 against the Chicago Cubs.
The Marlins and Rays are scheduled to play two three-game interleague series. The first series is May 15 through 17 at Tropicana Field. This is the home of the Rays in St. Petersburg. The second series takes place June 5 through 7 at loanDepot Park. This is the home of the Miami Marlins. MLB schedules the regular season to conclude on September 27, 2026.
