Pittsburgh Pirates Block Party
The Pittsburgh Pirates compete in Major League Baseball (MLB) and hold Spring Training at LECOM Park in Bradenton, Florida. As members of the Grapefruit League, the Pirates train here each spring before the regular season. The Bradenton Marauders are a Single-A Florida State League (FSL) team affiliated with the Pittsburgh Pirates. They play home games at LECOM Park in Bradenton, Florida.
Bradenton lies along the Manatee River in southwest Florida. The city is also just a short drive from Gulf Coast beaches. Bradenton has hosted MLB Spring Training for decades.
The Pirates have trained in Bradenton since 1969 and use LECOM Park and Pirate City near downtown.
The 2025 Pittsburgh Pirates Block Party took place on Old Main Street in downtown Bradenton. This annual event included fan experiences. Attendees celebrated the start of Spring Training.
Several players attended the block party. Infielders Jared Triolo, Nick Gonzales, and Jack Brannigan were among them. Outfielder Matt Gorski and pitcher Braxton Ashcraft also joined. They signed autographs and posed for photos with fans.
