Atlanta Braves Spring Training
Florida Pro Baseball recently attended a 2025 Atlanta Braves Spring Training workout at CoolToday Park in North Port, Florida. Florida Pro Baseball follows pro baseball leagues and teams in Florida, including the Grapefruit League’s Atlanta Braves.
The Braves’ complex is located in Wellen Park, a master-planned community in Sarasota County. The ballpark, which opened in 2019, serves as the Braves’ Spring Training home.
During the workout, we observed batting practice, catchers practicing their framing, and fielders, including Michael Harris, working on their outfield skills. Players also spent time stretching and preparing for the season ahead.
The first game at CoolToday Park was played on March 24, 2019, marking the start of the Braves’ Spring Training at their new facility.
If you miss out on a visit to see the 2025 Atlanta Braves during Spring Training, you can still catch some action at CoolToday Park during the summer when the Florida Complex League (FCL) Braves play at the Braves’ Spring Training complex.
