2025 Florida State League Schedule
Florida Pro Baseball follows Florida State League (FSL) teams.
The FSL features Single-A Minor League Baseball (MiLB) teams based exclusively in Florida. Overall, the league organizes ten teams into two divisions: East and West. Each team maintains a Major League Baseball (MLB) affiliation and usually competes at its parent club’s Spring Training ballpark. Moreover, the league sits one level above the rookie-based Florida Complex League (FCL).
The 2025 Florida State League regular season runs from April 4 through September 7.
Following significant damage to Tropicana Field from Hurricane Milton, the Tampa Bay Rays announced they will play the 2025 season at George M. Steinbrenner Field. Consequently, this move allows the team to continue playing without interruption.
As a result, MiLB released a revised 2025 Florida State League schedule. Specifically, the Tampa Tarpons will play all home games at the “Yankee Complex.” The league scrapped the original schedule, and to accommodate the change, four weeks include two three-game series instead of the usual six-game blocks. Furthermore, after the All-Star Break, teams play three consecutive three-game series. Additionally, the league schedules a few Friday–Thursday series.
