In October 2024, Hurricane Milton severely damaged Tropicana Field. As a result, the team played its entire 2025 home schedule at Steinbrenner Field while repairs were completed.
For Spring Training, the Tampa Bay Rays use Charlotte Sports Park in Port Charlotte, Florida, approximately 75 miles south of Tropicana Field.
