Florida Pro Baseball follows the New York Yankees. They are a Major League Baseball (MLB) team in the Grapefruit League. Fans can access photos, maps, a Tampa weather report, and official site links.
The Yankees hold Spring Training at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Florida, located in Hillsborough County. Photos, interactive maps, and local weather reports are available for fans.
In October 2025, Hillsborough County approved tourist development funding for upgrades at George M. Steinbrenner Field. The New York Yankees are also contributing to the project. The county Tourism Development Council must also sign off. Tentatively, the team plans to carry out work over the next two years. Improvements include a new videoboard, upgraded sound and security systems, and enhanced Wi-Fi. Workers will also resurface concourses and parking areas.

After Spring Training, the Yankees compete in the National League. The George M. Steinbrenner Field complex then becomes home to the Florida State League club, the Tampa Tarpons.
During the summer, the Florida Complex League FCL Yankees play nearby. They use the New York Yankees Player Development and Scouting Complex.
