Florida State League Overview

This page introduces teams in the Florida State League (FSL), with schedules, maps, and links to Minor League Baseball (MiLB) resources. Individual team pages feature ballpark photos and local weather information.

The FSL has ten Single-A teams in Florida. Each team partners with a Major League Baseball (MLB) club. Most teams play at the Spring Training stadium of their MLB parent club. The FSL is one step above the Florida Complex League (FCL), and in some cases, promoted players continue playing at the same complex.

FSL games drew about 1,100 fans per game in 2025 (Baseball-Reference).

FSL tickets are priced well below major league levels, offering a more budget-friendly entry point for families and casual fans alike. Parking at most FSL venues is also generally free or low-cost, adding to the overall value of the experience.

FSL teams cluster along the east and west coasts. On the east coast, they play in Daytona Beach, Jupiter, and Port St. Lucie. On the west coast, teams are in Bradenton, Clearwater, Dunedin, Fort Myers, and Tampa. One team plays inland in Lakeland.

The 2026 FSL regular season begins April 2 and runs into early September. The Florida State League season is split into first and second halves, with each half’s division winners making the playoffs. Divisional series are played in a short best-of-three or best-of-five format. Winners advance to the FSL Championship Series, and if one team wins both halves, the next-best overall team in the division earns a playoff spot.
