FCL Tigers – Florida Complex League
The Florida Complex League (FCL) Tigers are a rookie-level Minor League Baseball team in the FCL North Division affiliated with the Detroit Tigers. The team plays at the TigerTown Complex in Lakeland, Florida. This page includes photos and a map of the complex, links to official FCL resources, and Lakeland weather information.
The core of the minor-league complex at TigerTown features the Cloverleaf Fields (Fields 1–4). These four diamonds form a distinctive “cloverleaf” layout with a central observation tower that gives player-development staff a 360-degree view of all field activity.
When the FCL Tigers host games, they play in the main stadium or on nearby practice fields depending on scheduling. Admission is typically free and crowds are small. Stadium visitors can access standard seating and often watch both workouts and competitive games during the same visit.
Two additional practice diamonds anchor opposite ends of the complex. Al Kaline Field, located behind the main stadium’s left-field berm, serves as the organization’s primary practice field. Hank Greenberg Field sits near the TigerTown entrance gate.
The complex also hosts other teams. Joker Marchant Stadium serves as the Spring Training home of the parent team, the Detroit Tigers, and hosts the Florida State League (FSL) Lakeland Flying Tigers.
