Pittsburgh Pirates Block Party
Florida Pro Baseball covers professional baseball leagues and teams across Florida. Coverage includes the Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball (MLB) and the Bradenton Marauders of the Florida State League (FSL).
Bradenton lies along the Manatee River in southwest Florida. Home to many parks, the city also lies close to beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. It has hosted MLB teams and Spring Training for many years.
The Pirates have trained in Bradenton since 1969 and use LECOM Park and Pirate City near downtown.
The 2025 Pittsburgh Pirates Block Party took place on Old Main Street in downtown Bradenton. The annual block party included fan experiences. Attendees celebrated the start of Spring Training.
Several players attended. Infielders Jared Triolo, Nick Gonzales, and Jack Brannigan participated. Outfielder Matt Gorski and pitcher Braxton Ashcraft also attended. Players signed autographs and posed for photos with fans.
