2025 MLB Grapefruit League Workout Dates
Florida Pro Baseball follows Grapefruit League teams in Florida.
Major League Baseball (MLB) has announced the initial workout dates for pitchers and catchers, as well as the first workout dates for full squads for the 2025 Spring Training season.
In the Grapefruit League, pitchers and catchers will begin workouts on February 11, 12, or 13. Full squad workouts will begin on February 16, 17, or 18. The 2025 MLB Grapefruit League season will start on Friday, February 21, with the New York Yankees hosting the Tampa Bay Rays in Tampa. A full slate of Grapefruit League games will commence on Saturday, February 22.
On the east coast, team complexes are located in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, and Volusia counties. On the west coast, they are located in Charlotte, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Pinellas, Polk, and Sarasota counties. Please note that the dates are subject to change.
