2025 MLB Regular Season Schedule
Florida Pro Baseball follows Major League Baseball (MLB) teams based in Florida, including the Miami Marlins and the Tampa Bay Rays.
The 2025 MLB season will begin with an international series at the Tokyo Dome in Japan, where the Los Angeles Dodgers will face the Chicago Cubs. This special event will kick off the season before the full slate of regular-season games starts on March 27, 2025.
The Miami Marlins and Tampa Bay Rays will both be in action on opening day. The Marlins will host the Pittsburgh Pirates, while the Rays will face the Colorado Rockies at home.
During the 2025 season, the Marlins and Rays will face each other in two three-game interleague series: one at LoanDepot Park in Miami from May 16–18, and another at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa from June 6–8.
Both the Marlins and Rays will each play 81 home games as part of the standard 162-game schedule. For the Marlins, these games will be held at LoanDepot Park in Miami, while the Rays will host theirs at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa. The regular season will conclude with the final games on September 28, 2025.
